Customer Service and Developing a Sales Focus – WFI Members



This workshop is focused on increasing the engagement of your front of house team and helping them to develop into passionate hospitality stars!!

The topics covered include creating memorable customer moments, with a focus on understanding the role that sales plays in creating those experiences.

We will also spend time looking at the sales opportunities that are available within the business and how to read the different customers so that we can tailor our service to fit their requirements.

The Matariki Menu Challenge will be used to highlight ways to incorporate sales into service.
