Marg Main from Turning Tables  will deliver two fantastic workshops in September with a focus on creating and delivering excellent customer experiences.

Customer Service and Developing a Sales Focus


This workshop is focused on increasing the engagement of your front of house team and helping them to develop into passionate hospitality stars!!

We will focus on creating memorable customer moments, with a focus on understanding the role that sales plays in creating those experiences.  We will also spend time looking at the sales       opportunities that are available within the business and how to read the different customers so that we can tailor our service to fit their requirements. Summer and the Christmas season are just around the corner, these will be used to highlight ways to incorporate sales into service. This workshop is great for front of house team and managers.

Managing and Motivating your Team

This workshop is aimed at helping supervisors and managers to get the best out of their team.

We will explore the role of a leader and how to ensure that the team are set up for success when it comes to sales.  We will also build understanding how management personality style can impact the motivation of the team. The opportunity to discuss some of the challenges faced regarding  motivating a team, presents a great opportunity for practical tips for managers who are working to get their team enthused about their role and create hospitality stars! This workshop is great for owners, mangers/supervisors or anyone about to move into a manager role.
