Step in behind the scenes of the Waikato’s leading Culinary Arts school as Glen File leads a team of 2nd year Diploma in Culinary Arts students to deliver a big-city dining experience as part of the Feast Waikato.

In his current role as Head Chef at Josh Emmett’s Onslow, File has a huge focus on sourcing excellent ingredients and allowing them to shine through traditional cookery techniques. Redefining the classics with relaxed sophistication! With a wealth of experience overseas and in high profile local restaurants such as Boulcott street Bistro in Wellington, The Grange and Baduzzi, File is one of New Zealand’s hottest award-winning kitchen talents. Accolades include Cuisine Best Specialist Restaurant 2014, Runner-up Best Market Bistro as well as earning Two Hats, a decoration coveted by all New Zealand restaurants.
